Horse(s) will not leave farm until payment is received in full unless prior written agreement and payment plan is made and agreed upon.

We have the right to refuse any sale.

We also reserve the right to remove a horse(s) from the sale page at any time.

Coggins and Health Papers on horses sold for 1200.00  or under are Responsibility of Buyer if needed.

HORSES ARE SOLD AS IS ...THEY ARE REPRESENTED TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY.

Vet Checks are welcome at Buyers Expense and must be done prior to down payment/purchase.
